Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Raine Canine Dog Training, we value both our clients' time and our own. Our policies are designed to provide flexibility when life happens while ensuring we can maintain the quality, consistency, and commitment our training programs require.

Free Consultations & Enrollment
Every training relationship begins with a complimentary, one-hour consultation with zero financial risk or obligation. This allows us to evaluate your dog's individual needs, discuss your goals, and recommend a training program tailored to you.

Following your consultation, full payment for private training packages and Board & Train programs is required prior to the start of training, unless an alternative payment plan has been discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled training session.

48 hours or more notice: Your session may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
Less than 48 hours' notice: The session will be forfeited and deducted from your purchased training package without a refund or replacement session.
No-shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be treated as completed sessions and deducted from your package.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Raine Canine's discretion, particularly in situations involving medical emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond the client's reasonable control.

Training Packages & Refunds
Once a training program has begun, completed sessions and sessions forfeited under our cancellation policy are non-refundable.

Requests to discontinue a training package will be reviewed individually. Any refund for unused, non-forfeited sessions will be determined according to the signed training agreement and applicable law. Approved refunds may account for services already provided and any applicable, previously disclosed fees.

Board & Train Programs
Board & Train programs require payment in full before the scheduled start date unless a written payment arrangement has been established.

Because these programs involve reserving dedicated training time, space, and resources, cancellation and refund terms specific to Board & Train will be outlined in the client's training agreement prior to enrollment.

Cancellations by Raine Canine
In the event Raine Canine must cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a replacement session at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a prepaid service, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with the training agreement and applicable law.

Our Commitment
Our goal is to maintain a professional, transparent, and fair experience for every client. By enrolling in a training program, clients acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and payment terms outlined in their signed training agreement.
